Gift Box

Hi Stampers,
Its getting down to crunch time inorder to be ready for Christmas. This will be my last post until January which then I will be back with all new
Occasion catalog items! My gift box today is a great size, you can put a scarf, socks, makeup, small toys, or just about anything small in it. The card box is 12″ x 12″ and scored at 3″ on all four sides. I used the gold foil sheets for my box base, then you will need a 12″ x 12″ piece of cardstock for the box top. I used a piece of Marina Mist for the box lid. You will need to score it at 1″ and 3″ on all 4 sides of the paper. I’m sorry the completed box is showing up before the construction of the box, but I wanted you to see how to cut up to the score lines, make sure you use your bone folder and burnish all the scorelines real good, this just makes the box come together better. The box top as you can see has parts that are cut off, make sure to make clean cuts on the score line so that the lid comes together tight. Before I assemble mine I gold embossed the lid with Flurry of Wishes stamp set, and then the tag is made out of Basic Black cardstock, and used the large banner framelit and then I used the next smaller banner framelit to die cut the next piece from the Gold Vellum sheets and added a gold oval piece cut from the stitched framelit set, and then added a piece very vanilla piece cut from the stitched framelit and stamped with the Tin of Tags stamp set and added some gold bakers twine. Well this is it folks until January, I hope you have a Blessed holiday and enjoy family and friends.
Merry Christmas
Sheryl
