Snowman Christmas Tag
Christmas is getting closer and closer, I hope you have your tags made, if not this one is quick and easy and the colors can be changed to match your wrapping paper. My tag base is using the Fancy Frost Specialty DSP paper. I didnt look at this paper much when I got it in and thats a mistake on my part. This paper is awesome, it has the design already embossed in it and you can just go from there with it. I used a piece that looks like snowflakes for my base of the tag. 2 x 4″ and used the topper punch to punch out the top of the tag. I then stamped my snowman in Basic Gray on a piece of Whisper white cardstock and die cut them with the Snow Friends framelits, I also stamped the candy cane in real red ink on the whisper white cardstock, and using the same framelits die cut it along with the muffler and scarf. The scarf is from the Warmth & Chear DSP paper, the muffler is stamped in Basic Grey ink on Basic grey cardstock. The Sentiment is from the Thoughtful Branches stamp set, and stamped in Real Red ink on Whisper White cardstock and die cut with the smallest circle from the Stitched framelits . The Real red circle which is a left over cut out from using the Swirly Scribbles thinlets. I keep my scraps and when I looked at the red circle left over I thought it looked like a snow ball. Just another way to use up those scraps. I added a piece of silver 1/8″ ribbon then to tie it off. I also took my clear whink of stella and went all over the snowman to make him glisten in the snow. I know the picture doesnt show it but, when you see it in real its awesome. I also added some color to his nose with the Pumpkin pie marker. Leave me a comment and let me know if you like my snowman!
Stay warm!
