Thanksgiving Tags

A little of this and a little of that went into making these tags, my daughter is having a “Friends” Thanksgiving Dinner at her house next week. She cooks the turkey, and the friends that are attending all bring a dish and they celebrate together before going home to their families the next week. It has been an on going tradition that she started her sophomore year of college and has now grown to 30 people!!! Awesome!! Anyhow she is making favors and of course I needed to help dress them up for her, so I took the banner punch and punched both ends of a piece of the Halloween Night Specialty DSP paper 1.5 x 4″, then took a piece of whisper white cardstock and die cut with the scallop framelit from the new Layering oval framelits. I then took a tree from the Totally Trees stamp set, and also got out some stamp sets from previous pumpkin kits and stamped the pumpkin and leaves, in Pumpkin pie and Cajun Craze ink. These are now ready to go on to her treat bags.img_1679
She plans to use this Tag for the male favor bags. On this tag again I used the banner punch and Halloween Night Specialty DSP paper, 1.5 x 4″ and then took the large square framelit from the new Layering squares and die cut them in Whisper white. I then took the stamp from the new Country Livin stamp set and stamped it in Early Espresso and then took a blender pen to shade in here and there. I then again went to some of my paper pumpkin stamp set and pulled out the leaves and acorn and stamped them using crumb cake, Delightful Dijon, and Pumpkin Pie. Now they are ready for the goody bags.
i hope you found these to be easy to do and maybe you will make favors for your Thanksgiving dinner!
Have a great weekend and I hope you find time to stamp!
Sheryl
