Thank-You

My thank-you cards today are Gate fold cards, using the Petals and Paisleys specialty Designer Series Paper. My Cardbase is Cajun Craze, cut at 5.25 x 8.5″ and scored on the landscape side
2 1/8″ and at 6 3/8″ . I then took Soft Suede and cut 2 pieces 1 7/8 x 5 1/4″ and 2 pieces of the DSP 1 5/8 x 5, and adhered the 2 together and attached them to the outside panels. On the inside I cut 2 more pieces of DSP 1 7/8 x 5 1/4, and adhered them to the inside panels and added a piece of Very Vanilla cardstock for the inside. My belly band is 12″ x 1″, simply bend it around the closed card and overlap, tape to together and then cut off the excess band. The Thank-you is from the One Big Meaning stamp set – I stamped it Cajun Craze on Very Vanilla cardstock and used my circle punch to die cut it, and then took a piece of copper foil, and put the scalloped circle diecut and the next regular circle die cut together and cut out an outside circle of the copper to put around the Thank-you, tape the Thank-you to the band and then added the copper circle. This made for such a classy card. \
