Garden in Bloom Birthday Card

Hi Stampers!
My card today is for a friend of mine whose Birthday is this weekend. I used the Garden in Bloom stamp set, with my card base being Sweet Sugarplum cardstock 8.5 x 5.5″ then my next layer is Wild Wasabi 5 x 3/8″ x 4 2/16″ and the Very Vanilla layer is 5 1/4 x 4″. I used Sweet Sugarplum ink with the outline flower of the stamp set and randomly stamped around the outside of the card. I then used Blushing Bride ink with the stamp that does the fill in on the outline stamp and stamped that onto all the flowers followed by Peakboo Peach ink for the detail of the flower. I then stamped the inside of the leaves with Pear Pizzazz and outlined them with Wild Wasabi ink. The Happy birthday stamp is from the Happy Birthday Everyone Stamp set and I gold embossed it. I then used the Blushing Bride thick bakers twine and wrapped it around the Very Vanilla layer 3 times and tied a bow. I added Enamel shapes to the flowers from the 2016-18 In color Enamel Shapes. I love these little embellishments.

Now for the inside – I took the stem from the Garden in Bloom stamp set, and gave it just a little bend when sticking it to my clear block, and used Wild Wasabi ink and stamped it, and repeated the stamping of the leaves and flower like I did on the front of the card. The sentiment is from the Happy Birthday Everyone stamp set and stamped in Sweet Sugarplum ink.

I just love how this turned out and I think my friend will too!!
