Thoughtful Branches Christmas Card

I wanted to show you a card today using the Thoughtful Branches stamp set that is only available until August 31st or while supplies last. Its a very versatile set that can be used for any season and any occasion. My card base today is 4.25 x 11 inches, scored at 5.5 inches. The whisper white cardstock is 5.25 x 4 and embossed with the new Holly Textured Impressions Embossing Folder, the next layers are 2.75 x 4.25 Mint Macaron cardstock, 2.5 x 4 Silver foil card stock, 2.25 x 3.75 whisper white. I took the base of the tree and embossed it with silver embossing powder and then took the tree and stamped over it with the mint macaron ink. If you havent purchased the Mint Macaron 3/8″ sheer linen ribbon you are going to want to, this ribbon has such a soft look to it, you will see more of my projects using this ribbon. Tie a bow and adhere to the tree base.

On the inside I stamped the tree base again with the silver embossing powder and then stamped the tree with the Mint Macaron ink. The sentiments are stamped in Mint Macaron ink and they are from the new Hanging Stockings set that comes out in September. I also stamped the tree on the envelope but there I just used the Mint Macaron ink for the base and the tree.
