Happy Birthday

Hi Stampers,

I know todays card is using some retired items, but sometimes those stamps or embellishment items are something that you still want to use. My card today is for my aunt that just turned 80 and her family is surprising her with a card shower. I think she will like this card and the colors are just vibrant. I started with a card base of Watermelon Wonder 8 1/2″ x 5 1/2″ and then
added a layer of Crumb Cake 5 1/2″ x 4″ with a layer of the Affectional Yours DSP paper cut at 5″ x 3 3/4″. Then I cut a piece of Basic Black cardstock 3 3/4″ x 3″ and layerd with a piece of Whisper White cardstock 3 1/2″ x 2 3/4″, and stamped the sentiment in WAtermelon Wonder ink. The stamp set is the Happy Birthday Everyone which was a hostess stamp set. I used the Falling Flowers stamp set and coordinating thinlets to make the flowers. The Watermelon Wonder ribbon tied in a bow and adhered with glue dots on the corner just made the card come together. I added
Basic Pearls in the center of the flowers. I thought this card just had class. I hope you will give it a try and if there are any items that you need feel free to shop my online store.

Have a great day and Thanks for stopping by.
Sheryl
