Holy Cow!

Holy Cow!

Holy Cow! Isn’t this stamp set just the cutest. I grew up on a dairy farm and milking Holstein cows was one of my jobs, along with a lot of others ones that were farm related. So this stamp set just brings it all home again.

I recently held a new catalog Open House and this was one of the cards that the ladies made. Started off with a basic white card base 8.5 x 5.5 and then a layer of basic black 3.75 x 5. Then using the Countryside dies I die cut out a basic white one. Using Old Oliver marker I colored the bottom of the die cut and then stamped the grasses on top with Old Olive ink. The flower image is also stamped in Old Olive, and colored with Old Olive, Daffodil Delight and Crumb Cake. The milk can is stamped in black memento ink and colored with LT basic gray marker and then fussy cut out. The Rooster is stamped in black memento ink and colored with real red, crumb cake and daffodil delight and then fussy cut. These were attached each with stampin dimensionals. The cow is stamped in black memento ink on white card stock, colored with black marker for the spots, petal pink for the nose, and basic grey for the hooves and then punched out. The ribbon used is the Black and Very Vanilla check ribbon, the cow is attached with stampin dimensionals, the greeting is stamped in black memento ink.

Such a fun card and could be any occasion stamped on the inside.

If you do not have a demonstrator and would like a catalog, send me a message. I would love to send you one.

Have a great day and I hope you can get inky!
