By The Bay

By The Bay! A wonderful suite in the new Mini Catalog. So many different ways you can go with. The by the Bay DSP paper is beautiful and doesnt not have to necessary be used as water type cards.

My card today starts out with a card base of basic white, 8.5 x 5.5. Then using the Stitched rectangle dies, using the 3rd largest, I die cut a piece of the By the Bay DSP for my card front. I added sand to the DSP with soft suede ink and the stamp from the Seaside Bay stamp set. I stamped the sandpipe in Crumb cake ink and die cut him. He was attached to the DSP with dimensionals. I also die cut the grasses in crumb cake and attached with tombo glue. Finishing off the cards with some gems from the Adhesive backed milky dots. Such a fun card for any occasion. Great for a note card for those beach lovers of yours.

On the inside of the card I stamped a little sand at the bottom and added the 3 sandpipers on top of the sand.
