Easter Invite
Easter is fast approaching, this is the card I put together for my daughter to use as her invites for Easter Dinner at her house. I stamped the little chick and then masked him off before stamping in the flowers using the In the Meadow stamp set, and then colored the flowers with the markers. I used the butterfly from Grateful Bunch and stamped it with Watermelon Wonder onto the Whisper white card. The Happy Easter is from the Teeny Tiny Wishes set, and I used Wisteria Wonder ink and then used the Tags and Labels Framelits die to cut out the layers, and used the Blushing Bride Bakers twine to make the bow and added a pearl in the middle of the bow. I punched out the eggs using the small oval punch and then ran them thru the Impression Embossing Folder and popped them up with a dimensionals On the little chick I used a sponge dauber and crushed curry ink and just lightly colored him in leaving some white showing here and there. Hopefully this card will help you with some ideas for your Easter cards.
