Back on your feet

Hello Stampers!

Hope everyone is having a good day. I needed some quick get well cards this week so I chose the Back on your Feet stamp set from the annual catalog pg.85. My card base is Crushed Curry 8.5 x 5.5 with a layer of the You’re a Peach DSP Paper 3.75 x 5. Then using the next to the largest Scalloped contour die, I die cut a piece of basic white cardstock. Stamped my image with black memento ink, Using Old Olive LT stampin blends I colored the shell, and dark Old Olive colored the outline of the shell, then his bottom side of the shell I used Ivory, and Crumb Cake Dark for the legs and face. The sentiment is stamped in Black memento ink also. I used the Stripes Embossing folder from the Stripes and Splatters 3D embossing folders to emboss a piece of black cardstock 1″ x 2, attached it to the card base and then began attaching the other layers. The basic white is attached with stampin dimensionals just to give some contrast. Finished off the card with some black matte embellishments.
