Valentines box

Happy Friday!! The weekend is here and I am ready for it!!

Theses Sweet Little Boxes are adorable to put together. You can find them on page 9 in the Mini catalog, they sell 10 boxes for $10. If you order them now you will still receive them in time for Valentines day to make them and send them out.

So my little box starts with a piece of the Sweet talk DSP paper 2 3/8 x 3 2/8, I then stamped the large heart in Real Red ink onto white cardstock and die cut with the heart from the dies. The highland heather cardstock piece that I used as the stick to my lollipop, is just a narrow piece that I cut. The heart is attached with stampin dimensionals. In the die packet there is a die that will cut 3 hearts at once, I did that with several colors of the cardstock to get my little hearts that have been attached with glue dots. The colors are Highland Heather, Pool Party, Granny apple green, and Blushing Bride. The greeting is stamped in Black ink onto Real Red cardstock and then die cut with a die from the Beautiful Shapes and attached with adhesive. I added 2 bows one white one using the Polka dotted tulle and the red is from Playful Pets. I took my clear wink of stella and went over all the hearts to make them shine with glitter.

The sides and bottom have DSP on them too. Now this piece of DSP is a one direction design so you want to be careful on how you cut it, So your hearts are not going in the wrong direction of your box.

The size of the strip is 1/2″ wide and I just attached it and cut it off at the end.

On the side of the box I cut them in a different direction so they looked up and down.
