Sneak Peak

Happy Friday!

This is a sneak peak to my tag class that is happening tonight. We are using the Delivering Cheer stamp set from the Mini catalog on page 32. This is such a fun stamp set, great for Birthday cards and Birthday tags too. I started off with a piece of Cherry Cobbler cardstock 4.5 x 2.75 and then a layer of basic white 2 .5 x 4. 3/8. I stamped the image in Black memento ink and using my stamping blends Old Olive and Cherry Cobbler I did the coloring. The snowflakes are stamped in cherry cobbler ink, and the stamp is from Penguin place. The greeting is in Cherry Cobbler ink too. I went over the entire image with Wink of Stella to give it that glittery shine. Added some of the Gilded gem embellishments and finished it off with a piece of the cherry cobbler and gold ribbon and the simply elegant trim in gold. I stamped the to and from in black ink on the back side of the tag.

You could easily make this into a Christmas card by placing the finished tag on to basic white cardstock and using the ribbon to tie a bow in the front. So versatile.
