Pretty in Pink

When I was making todays card I was thinking of a dear friend of mine and things just seemed to come together. The Birthday Bouquet DSP is so easy to work with as far ideas to make with it. I used Blushing Bride for the card base, with a layer of Pool Party, and then my Birthday Bouquet DSP, added the Watermelon Wonder ribbon with a ruffled affect.
The ribbon was easy to just keep bunching it together and press down on the double sided tape, another easy way to do it is get a needle and thread and simply run it thru the top edge of the ribbon and then pull on the thread to gather the ribbon and press it down on the tape and then remove your thread. I took the Hello stamp set and used My Friend and stamped
directly onto the DSP paper and added a few Pool Party candy dots and the card is finished. Don’t forget time is running out on the Sale-a-bration catalog, you only have till the end of March to receive a free item after a $50.00 purchase.
