In the Pines

Is everyone ready for the weekend? My card today is using the In The Pines stamp set and dies shown on page 43 of the Mini catalog. My card base is Shaded Spruce 8.5 x 5.5 and a layer of Very Vanilla 5.25 x 4 that was embossed with the Evergreen Forest 3D embossing folder from page 35 in the Mini catalog. Before attaching the very vanilla you will want to attach the ribbon. My ribbon is the 1/4″ crinkled seam binding ribbon, that I took the Shaded spruce stampin blend marker and colored, tied a bow and then attached to the card. I then used the Stitched so sweetly dies to die cut the champagne foil and vanilla cardstock. I stamped the tree in Shaded spruce ink on the very vanilla one. I then stamped the grouping of trees in Shaded spruce on very vanilla and die cut. I attached them with a glue dot and stampin dimensions. The greeting is stamped in Shaded spruce ink on very vanilla, I then fussy cut it out. If you didnt want to fussy cut it out you could punch it out with the label punch, attached with stampin dimensionals. I made a few of these and changed the sentiment to Thinking of you, and also Birthday. would make a great masculine birthday card that you could use for all seasons.
