Hope everyone is doing well and has been able to enjoy some of these beautiful fall days. The trees near my home have been exceptionally beautiful this year and that is where the inspiration for this card came from.
I started off with a Real Red card base 8.5 x 5.5 and then a layer of Early Espresso 5 3/8 x 4 1.8 and then a layer of Very Vanilla 5.25 x 4 that was embossed with the Brick & Mortar 3D embossing folder. The stamp set is the Beautiful Autumn on page 46 of the Mini catalog. I used the baby technique for this one, my ink colors are pumpkin pie, granny apple green, real red and bumblebee. I inked the baby wipe with the re-inkers and then stamped the leaves, once the leaves were all stamped I took the outline stamps and stamped them in Early espressos ink and then onto the leaf images and punched them out with the Autumn punch pack. I added some of the wheat chaff on to my very vanilla piece and then glued on the gold ring. Attaching all the leaves and acorns with glue dots. The little bird (which I really love) is from the new Curvy Celebrations bundle that is coming oout Nov. 1st. I stamped the greeting in Early Espresso ink and added another leaf with a glue dot. The bow is made from the Faux Suede trim and attached with a glue dot. On the inside of the card I stamped a little pile of leaves and put the bird ontop of the pile. This made for a great end of fall card that could be any occasion.
Hope you will give this a try. If you need any supplies be sure to shop my online store and I would be thrilled to be your demonstrator.
Enjoy those leaves!
