Smile

Lovely You is the stamp set for today’s card. Don’t you just love the colors! I saw this color combination on a paper towel and thought WOW. The stamp set is on page 22 of the annual catalog, has some awesome greetings along with these images. My card base is Flirty Flamingo 8.5 x 5.5 with another layer of Flirty Flamingo 5.5 x 4 (watch the change up in size not the usual 5.25 x 4) I then embossed this layer with the Scripty 3D embossing folder and attached to the card. This whisper white piece is 2.5 x 5.5, I stamped the flower image first with Flirty Flamingo ink and the leaf spray in Granny Apple Green and finished off with the little flower in Seaside Spray ink. The greeting is stamped in Basic Black ink. I cut 2 strips of the new Brass Foil Paper 1/4 x 5.5 and added glue to the back of the stamped whisper white and attached the foil sheet. The glue adhesive gives you a little time to wiggle things around if needed to get your foil strip straight. Also by cutting the foil strip at 1/4″ in width saves on the foil paper! I finished off the card with a bow made from the 3/8″ Metallic edged ribbon and attached with a glue dot.
I wanted you to see how I finished off the inside of the card. I am just loving this color combination
Of course we need to decorate the envelope. I just continued on with the pattern.
