Happy Birthday!
My card base is Night of Navy 8.5 x 5.5 with a layer of Real Red 5.25 x 4 that I embossed with the Hammered Metal 3D folder. The whisper white layer is 3.75 x 5. The stamp set is Special Someone on page 93 of the annual catalog. I die cut some large hearts (from heart dies that are retired, there are some things I just cant part with) One in Real Red and the other in Night of Navy. I stamped Mr. Raccoon in Soft suede and the Black memento ink on top and then die cut. I attached him to the card with stampin dimensionals. Then I stamped the various hearts in real red and Night of Navy ink and die cut them with the dies from the bundle. I just randomly attached them and drew lines for the balloon strings. The sentiment is stamped in Real Red ink. I finished it off with another one of those metallic shape embellishments. This card is going to my niece that has a 4th of July Birthday.
