Just a Hello
This is the Tasteful Touches stamp set on page 124 of the new annual catalog. This stamp set does come as a bundle and has some amazing dies, which are all label dies, meaning that you can die cut different shapes to put your sentiments in. Now this is not a normal card for me, if you attend any of my classes you know that there has to be embellishing, ribbon, embossing and lots of paper to make a card. Well today I thought I would try something out of my comfort zone. Simple stamping, it was tough because I wanted to do more, and grab some embellishments to go along with butterfly, but I refrained. This card has a granny apple green card base 8.5 x 5.5 with a layer of whisper white 5.25 x 4. I used the leaf image and stamped it in granny apple green ink and then in Seaside spray ink for some contrast. The greeting is stamped in basic black ink. The butterfly is from the Butterfly wishes stamp set and stamped in Highland Heather ink and that is it!
Quick and simple and out the door!
You could use any color combination with the card stock and inks, and the butterfly can be anything. This stamp set has some nice greetings and there are other images that you can work with on your card. You could stamp the inside for a birthday, get well or just to send someone a note. Make sure to check out the dies that go with this bundle, they are something that I am sure you will want as there are many uses.
