Heartland is a stamp set that is retiring on June 3rd. This stamp set brings back a lot of memories from when I grew up on the farm. I started off with a Pear Pizzazz card base 8.5 x 5.5 and added another Pear pizzazz layer 5.25 x 4 that I embossed with the subtles embossing folder. Then I took a piece of whisper white 3.75 x 5 and the the large oval framelit and die cut the circle. I then took that piece and laid it over top of another 3.75 x 5 Whisper white card stock and sponged on my color. The yellow is Mango Melody along the top and then Pear Pizzazz along the bottom with some Balmy blue in the middle. I then stamped the image on top in black memento ink. I love how these colors blended together! I stamped the greeting in the black ink also. I thought this turned out to be a very pretty card.
