Blooming Tulips!

Tulips are starting to bloom, mine are just about to open. The grass is getting green, and the flowering trees are starting to bloom also. Spring is getting so close, and then we have snow showers this morning! Mother nature will get things straightened out and then we will have beautiful weather! I know we’re all waiting for it.
My card today is using the Timeless Tulip bundle, and the Stitched Rectangle dies. My card base is Whisper white 8.5 x 5.5 . I then took the largest Stitched rectangle and the 4th one down from it to make this frame.
This is what it looks like before you run it thru the big shot.
Once you die cut it then you have your frame. This one was done in whisper white where as the one for my card is in Real Red cardstock.
I then took that frame and embossed it with the Parisian Flourish 3d embossing folder from the Mine catalog on page 15. I then used tomboy glue to attach the frame to my card. I stamped the tulips in real red and flirty flamingo ink and punched out with the tulip punch. I stamped the leaves and stems in Pear Pizzazz before placing the tulips on the card. The 2 real red tulips are attached with adhesive and the flirty flamingo one is popped up with dimensionals. I added a white bow using the whisper white 1/4″ crinkled seam binding ribbon. Finishing off the card with some real red rhinestone embellishments. I left the sentiment for the inside of the card. This could be a note card, birthday, Easter, get well etc. Quick and simple to finish out the week.
I hope everyone has a wonderful Easter, I know it is not going to be like what we know of Easters in the pass, but we will prevail!

Stay safe!
