Happy Easter
Before I get started with the info on my card, I want to say Happy Birthday to my mother in law in heaven! She dearly loved her grandchildren and missed out on her great grandchildren. But I know she is watching over them now.
My card base is Daffodil Delight, 8.5 x 5.5 – scored at 4.25 and then I cut an inch off and folded my card. I then added an inch of the Pleased as Punch DSP Paper on the inside of the card.
You will then need to cut a piece of Whisper white 2.75 x 5.5 for the front of the card. I stamped the little chick from the Welcome Easter stamp set in the Mini catalog on page 45. in Black Memento Ink and colored him with the Daffodil Delight Blend markers, added a little grass in Granny Apple green ink, along with the leaves. The sentiment is stamped in Black Memento ink too.
To finish off the card I added a bow made from the Daffodil Delight 1/4″ ruched ribbon.
On the inside of the card I added another piece of the whisper white 2.75 x 5.5 and added the bee buzzing around.
A cute, simple, and quick card to mass produce for all your Easter needs.
