Happy Easter, Happy Spring

Hello Stampers!
Happy Friday!
We’re going to make this a Happy Happy Day! I know alot of you are in your homes working at staying healthy, so I thought I would put out a cheerful card, something to look forward to – Happy Happy!
I am using the timeless Tulips stamp set along with the Tulip Builder punch. This stamp set has some beautiful sentiments in it, and can be found on page 43 of the Mini catalog.
My card base is Lovely Lipstick 8.5 x 5.5 and after I folded it I cut 1.25 off of one end. The Whisper White piece of card stock is cut at 2 7/8 x 5 3/8 I used Old Olive and Lovely Lipstick ink to stamp the tulips. I then attached the whisper white to the card.
For on the inside you will need a piece of whisper white 5.25 x 4 and a strip of DSP paper 1 x 5.25. You will also need 5 x 1 of the Lovely lipstick and then a piece of whisper white 3/4 x 4.75 for the sentiment. Stamp your sentiment onto the whisper white and attach to the lovely lipstick strip starting at the one end, the left over piece of the strip will go behind the whisper white piece as shown in the bottom folder, It is making a flap.
Attach your DSP on to the Whisper White, (sorry this DSP is retired)
Then attach your Lovely Lipstick sentiment piece, placing the little flap piece behind the whisper white, attach firmly and then use your bone folder to give it a good burnish so that it comes across the front of your card. The smaller tulip I stamped onto whisper white and then fussy cut, and I fussy cut it close to the ink as I didn’t want any white to show. I attached it with a dimensional.
You can see here how to put the little flap behind the Whisper White piece that is on the inside of the card. I finished the card off by adding some of the Happiness Blooms enamel dots.
