Happy Friday Everyone!

I’ve been having issues with the internet this morning, that is why the late post. I am using the Special Someone stamp set, this is the first I have used this stamp set. Bad on my part, this set is so cute! I will say I probably will not use the mouse, I am not fond of mice. Whether a stamp or live they are just not my favorite. But anyway on to my card. I am using Rich Razzleberry for the card base 8.5 x 5.5 with a layer of Whisper white 5.25×4.

I started off by placing the raccoon, he is adorable and so easy to stamp. I stamped the solid body image first in Soft Suede and then stamped the outline imagine in Black Memento Ink. I then took the flower with the stem and stamped it in Mossy Meadow and Pear Pizzazz ink randomly. I then added the color to the flower with the solid flower image, in rich Razzleberry, Rococo Rose and Real Red ink. I added some smaller flowers the same way. The sentiment is stamped in Basic Black ink and is from the Seriously The Best stamp set on page 60 of the Mini Catalog. I also added some little butterflies in with the flowers using Mango Melody ink. I finished off the card front with a gold embellishment beside the sentiment. Every card needs a little bling!

This is how I did the inside of the card, I stamped the squirrel body in Soft Suede and then stamped the detailed image of the squirrel in Black Memento ink. Hes darling. I then just randomly stamped the little flowers around him using the same colors as on the front.

A great card to send to anyone to let them know you are thinking about them. You could change the sentiment to the Thanks or Congrats to and it would be a great card for that also. Give it a try.
