Happy Wednesday Stampers!

What a way to start off the day with a trip to the Eiffel tower! The Parisian Blossoms suite is another amazing set bundle in the new Mini Catalog, shown on pages 14-17. My card base is Pool Party 4.25 x 11 and scored at 5.5 for the fold. I then added another layer of Pool Party 4 1/8 x 5 3/8 and then I added some of the Parisian Blossoms DSP, 2 pieces – 1 at 2.25 x 5.25 and the other piece 2 x 5.25. I then die cut the Eiffel tower out of Basic Black card stock and attached to the card. I stamped and die cut the flower image in Petal Pink ink on to Petal Pink cardstock and wrapped it in among the tower. Before doing that I took my blender pen and brought out more of the Petal Pink ink in the flowers and added a little Pool party ink to the leaves for contrast. I stamped some flowers and leaves by using Pool Party ink on to Pool party cardstock and the same with Petal Pink, die cut them and randomly added them to the collage. The sentiment is stamped in Basic Black ink on to Whisper White cardstock, I then fussy cut it out because I wanted it to just fit into my grouping and not be a huge standout. My idea was just to keep the grouping flowing and not have anything really be a stand out image. I added some champagne rhinestone basic jewels and then a small bow with the petal pink 1/4″ metallic edge ribbon.

I love how this card turned out, and it is for a special lady that is turning 80, so hopefully she likes it.
