Dress to Impress

Hello Everyone!

How was your holidays? Mine was great, lots of family time and now back to the real world. Right!? To start my New Year off I am using the new Dress to Impress stamp set that is in the new Mini catalog. It is not our typical stamp set, it has lipstick, shoes and a perfume bottle and some great sentiments.

I am using Old Olive for my card base 8.5 x 5.5 and then added a layer of Petal Pink 4 1/8 x 5 3/8, and then a layer of Lovely Lipstick 5 1/4 x 4. On the Lovely lipstick layer I added the blob with Lovely Lipstick ink to the card stock randomly. I then added a piece of the Best Dressed DSP paper 3 x 31/4 I used the middle size stitched oval and die cut a Whisper white oval that I stamped the sentiment to in Black ink. I then stamped the flowers onto whisper white and die cut with the flower image. I colored with my stampin blends, old olive, petal pink and lovely lipstick and attached with glue dots. I then stamped the shoe in black ink on to lovely lipstick card stock and die cut, and then I added gold wink of stellar to the shoe to add some glitz. I then attached the shoe with stampin dimensionals. The green strip at the bottom of the card was made with the die cut in the bundle. I first die cut it on a piece of 4″ Old Olive card stock, then put the die back on the card stock to get the finished end. I attached it with tear n tape.
