Thinking of You

I’m swaying away from Christmas a little here today. I have a friend that you could use a pick me up and I thought this might help. The Good Morning Magnolia Bundle along with the DSP paper is such an easy go to set to make a card.

My card base is petal pink 8.5 x 5.5 with a another layer of Petal Pink 4 x 5.25 and then a layer of the DSP 3.75 x 5. I then added a layer of Mossy Meadow 4.25 x 4 and then another layer of the DSP 4 1/8 x 2 7/8. I then stamped the magnolia bloom in Black Memento ink and colored with my stampin blends, Dark Mossy Meadow for the Leaves, and Light Old Olive for some highlights in the flower. I added a little So Saffron in the center. The stem is colored in Dark Crumb Cake. I finished the card off with a bow made from the 5/8″ Organdy striped ribbon.
