Beautiful Day

Have you seen the Pressed Petals Specialty DSP paper? Such an elegant pack of paper. I teamed it up with the Very Versailles stamp set shown on page 113 in the Annual catalog. My card base is Merry Merlot 8.5 x 5.5 with a layer of Crumb Cake that was embossed with Scripty 3D embossing folder 5.25 x 4. The next layer is Merry Merlot 4.25 x 3.25 and then a layer of the DSP 3 x 4 1/8. I attached these two layers and then attached to the card with stampin dimensions. I then used the 4th largest of the Stitched Nested labels and die cut it out of Crumb cake card stock. I then stamped the leaf image in Merry Merlot ink and the sentiment in Basic Black. I added a gold heart from the Metallic shapes and then attached to the card base. The bow is made from Merry Merlot metallic ribbon. (I am sorry this ribbon is retired) If you do not have any of this ribbon left over, you could use the Black 1/2″ satin ribbon. I think that would really set this card off too.
