Pressed Petals DSP Paper
I am using the Pressed Petals Specialty Designer Series Paper on my card today. I am not one to go the DSP paper for the entire card. I like to do more stamping than to rely on the DSP papers. But this packet is so beautiful, deep and rich colors. So for this card I am letting the paper do all the work. I started with a Merry Merlot card base 11 x 4.25 and scored at 5.5. I then cut a piece of the DSP 5.25 x 4, using the largest of the Stitched Nested labels I die cut another piece. Before attaching this piece I scored along the top edge corner to corner to fold flat behind my larger DSP and attached both to the card base. I then stamped the greeting in Merry Merlot onto crumb cake and die cut with the long narrow rectangle shaped stitched framelits. I used my bone folder to give this a little curl and attached with glue dots. I then made a messy bow with bakers twine and attached. Such a beautiful card, with so rich colors in the paper.
Thanks for stopping by today and have a great one!
