Cow’s it going?

Don’t you just love these gals?  I saw this  masking technique done by another demonstrator and I just had to give it a try.  What fun!  I started with a card base of Whisper White 8.5 x 5.5.  I then took a piece of Real Red card stock 5.5 x 4.25 and die cut the largest circle out of the center, and then  embossed it with the Ruffled embossing folder.  I laid it on to my whisper white card base and lightly added some little pencil marks so I new where the circle would be.  Then I inked up all my cow stamps in Black memento ink and started to stamp.  When you add you first image you will then mask it off before adding the next, you will need to mask off each stamped image before stamping the next.  Decide on which cow is going to be your vocal point and stamp it more in the middle of the herd and then add some color to her so she stands out.  I then attached the real read layer.  The sentiment is stamped in Black ink and punched out with the label punch.  I then added 2 black circles from the Best route enamel shapes and used stampin dimensionals to attach.  Such a fun card and I’m sure it will make someone smile when they receive it.

Well this is all for me this week, I have to be out of town for a few days, so enjoy your self and hopefully you will get to play with some ink!
