Birthday card with some pizzazz

Happy Friday Stampers!

Stampin up has come out with some framelits for the Hello Cupcake stamp set, that is one of the free items in Sale-a-bration with a $50 order. So I paired them up with the Lovely Lipstick foil sheets that are also a free item in the sale-a-bration catalog to give my cupcake some flash. The card base is Melon Mambo 8.5 x 5.5 and a layer of whisper white 5.25 x 4. I added a 1.5 x 5.25 strip of the How Sweet it is DSP paper. I then tool my Lovely lipstick foil sheet and the large square framelit and die cut it out. I used the scalloped framelit to die cut the whisper white. I stamped the cupcake in Lovely Lipstick and the frosting in coastal Cabana. I then die cut the frosting and another one in the Lovely lipstick foil. I attached the foil one and popped up the coastal cabana frosting for dimension. I then also die cut out the little heart and added a small dimensional for it. The little flowers in the set were die cut in the Lovely lipstick foil and attached with stampin dimensionals. I tried stamping on the foil but it didnt seem to want to dry for me. The sentiment is from Well said stamp set in the Occasions catalog on page 27. They were stamped in Lovely Lipstick ink. Somehow I ordered that stamp set with out the framelits, What a mistake, I think this card would have been great with the birthday cut out and put across it.
