Meant to Be

Happy February!

My first day of February is blizzard weather, with a prediction of 45 degrees today?!?! I’m not sure if that is right or not because as of right now it is a blizzard!

Anyhow its now 13 days until Valentines day and if you have’nt looked at the Meant To Be stamp set and framelits bundle on page 6 of the Occasions catalog you need to. These framelits are going to be an asset to your framelits collections, think of wedding, anniversary, birthday and for just a note cards. Today I am using the set with non traditional valentine colors, but I intend to send it as a Valentine card. I left the sentiment for the inside of the card, because I could’nt decide where I would want to put it on the front. The card base is Crumb Cake 8.5 x 5.5 with Balmy Blue 5.25 x 4 and then Very Vanilla 3.75 x 5. On the Very Vanilla I used the scalloped edge on the bottom of the card stock to give me a decorative edge. I then stamped the heart in Balmy Blue ink. I die cut the other pieces from Crumb Cake and Balmy Blue card stock and attached randomly. The little hearts at the top of the card, are the hearts that fell out of the long heart die cut piece.

This could be used as a wedding or anniversary card too, it just has a romantic feel to it. I hope you liked it.
