Christmas Wednesday
Brrrr its cold outside!!!! Winter has set in, freezing temps, snow, ice, etc. its here! A great day to be inside and make Christmas cards. My card today starts out with an Old Olive card base, 8.5 x 5.5 and then a layer of Real Red card stock 5.25×4 followed by a layer of Mistletoe DSP paper 3.75 x 5. I then used a large circle framelit and die cut a Old Olive circle, and then used the next stitched framelit that would fit and die cut the Whisper white. I am using the Timeless Tidings stamp set, which I stamped the poinsettias with versa mark and gold embossed them. I then used the stamping blends in Old Olive, Real Red and Mango Melody to color with. The Merry Christmas is stamped in Basic Black onto a piece of Old Olive card stock 4 x 1/2″ and I banner snipped the ends, attached with stampin dimensionals. I made a bow using the Old Olive Mini Chevron ribbon and attached with tear n tape. A great way to use up your Christmas DSP paper, you could change the colors to fit any of the papers.
Well stay warm today, and hope you get to stamp something!
