September Thank-You’s!

Hello Stampers!

This was  not the project that I had planned for this  morning.  I was just about finished with my card when I spilled my cup of tea all over my table!  Not only did todays card get wet, but 2 other projects that I was still tweeking for the Christmas Card stamp a stack.  I usually keep all liquids away from my table, but this was only going to take a second to finish and now its clean up in aisle 7.   So about todays card – I really love this Country Home stamp set.  I am using soft suede as my card base 8.5 x 5.5 with a layer of Old Olive 5.25 x 4.  I then took a piece of cherry cobbler 2.5 x 3.75 and embossed with the Tin Embossing folder.  The I added a piece of Whisper white 2.5 x 3.75, rounded the opposite end corners and stamped my images with Black Archival ink.  I used Cherry Cobbler, dark  and light crumb cake, old olive, and crushed curry, to color the images.  I added a 2  inch piece  folded in half of the striped burlap trim and attached to the whisper white and then attached both with stampin dimensionals.  This card could easily be changed up to a Christmas card, by changing the sentiment to (tis the season) from the Itty bitty stamp set, or a Winter birthday card.

Let me know what you think, do you like this stamp set?

Enjoy your day and I hope it includes some stampin!!!
