Masculine Birthday Card

Happy Friday!!!

Today is my son-in-laws birthday and he is an avid hunter, and fisherman.  He loves the outdoors.  I know I am safe showing this card and he is not going to be looking at my blog.  lol.  I started off with a Mossy Meadow card base 8.5 x 5.5 and my whisper white piece is 5.25 x 4.  The stamp set that I am using is the Winter Woods set in the Holiday catalog on page 27, the deer are from the Dashing Deer on page 9.  I stamped the woods part in Gray Granite and then I added the areas of dirt from the Spooky Sweets, I stamped it in crumb cake ink, stamped off and then stamped on my whisper white piece.  I stamped the deer in crumb cake ink, on to crumb cake card stock and then die cut them out.  I attached the two smaller ones with adhesive and added stampin dimensionals to the larger one.  The Happy Birthday sentiment is from the Country Road stamp set in the annual catalog on page 163.  I stamped it in Crumb Cake ink.  I also took a fine tip black marker to add a little dot for the deer to have eyes, I thought they should be able to see what they were doing!
