Country Home
I held my first stamp class last night and this was the card that we made using the new County Home stamp set from the Holiday catalog on page 43. We also used the Frosted Floral Designer series paper and the new Tin Tile dynamic textured impressions embossed folder. I started out with a piece of Black Berry Bliss cardstock 4.25 x 11, scored at 5.5 and then I cut off 2.75 inches. This gave me then the piece for the oval on the card. The Frosted Floral DSP paper is 2.75 x 5.25. I stamped the pitcher and flower arrangement in Archival Black ink and colored with the pitcher with Light gray marker and around the areas that look like rust I used the dark gray marker. The flower arrangement is colored with Blackberry bliss, old olive, soft suede, and cherry cobbler. I then used an oval framelit to die cut, attached it with stampin dimensionals and then attached to the card. For the inside of the card I took a piece of whisper white and just put it in the embossing folder to get one full tile embossed. This card could be any occasion, I think you could even use it as a Christmas card.
I had a great time with my group of ladies last night and have another group tonight.
Have a great day and Thank you for stopping by.
