Tea Room Specialty DSP Paper

Happy Wednesday Stampers!

Hows everyones week going?  Are you getting to do any stampin?  The summer months make it tough to spend time in the craft room when the sun is shining.  Now on all those rain days we had it was a good place to be.

My card today is using the Tea Room Specialty paper,  with a Calypso Coral Card base 8.5 x 5.5. and then a layer of the DSP 5.25 x 4.  I used the Cake Soiree’ stamp set found on page 78 of the annual catalog.  I stamped the cake in Black Memento Ink and the colored it with Granny Apple Green, Rich Razzleberry, Daffodil delight and Calypso Coral markers.  I then stamped a flower in Rich Razzleberry ink on to whisper white cardstock along with the leaves in Granny Apple Green and die cut them out and attached the leaves with glue dots.  The sentiment is stamped in the  Rich Razzleberry and die cut with the smallest of the stitched framelits.  I then used a little larger circle framelit and die cut the piece of Rich Razzleberry card stock.   I added a another piece of the DSP, 1 x 4 to the card and then attached the cake, I popped up the sentiment along with the flower.   Just a cute and simple birthday card, and you could use and designer series paper that you have on hand.  Or if you need some now is the time to make that purchase, as it buy 3 and get 1 pack free.   You can never have too much designer series paper, all the paper packets are awesome in the new annual catalog.

Have a wonderful day!

Sheryl
