Happy Birthday Mom

Hello Stampers!

How was your weekend, besides HOT!  Mine was busy, my husbands class reunion  was Saturday night, it was nice to get together with those you do not see to often.

Well I am still cranking out the Birthday cards for this month.  I have 4 more July birthdays to go. This card was for my  mom who as you see turned 80 last Friday!  I started out with Petal Pink for my base 8.5 x 5.5 and then another layer of Petal Pink 5.25 x 4, that I embossed with the Petal Burst Embossing folder.  I then took 3 1/2 x 3 1/2 piece of Fresh Fig cardstock and added a piece of Petal Promenade DSP 3 1/4 x 3/14.  The numbers were die cut out of Gold Foil paper.  The sentiment is from the Best Birds stamp set and stamped in Fresh Fig ink.  The Fresh Fig circle is punched with 1 1/2″ circle punch and the whisper white with 1 1/4″ circle punch.  I then added them to the card with stampin dimensionals and added a Fresh Fig ribbon for the accent.
