June Thank you cards
How did everyones weekend go? Mine was busy, I went to Cincinnati for daughters Wedding dress fitting, and then had my grandsons on Sunday. Busy Busy, it makes the weekends go by to fast! My cards today were sent out with the June orders. I used the new Share what you Love DSP paper found on page 188 of the Annual catalog. What a great pack of paper, you get 24 sheets 12×12 of 6 designs, 4 sheets of each design for $27.00. One side has a pearlized finish to it. So I started with a card base of 8.5 5.5 in Basic Black, Mossy Meadow, Mint Macaron, Petal Pink, or Tranquil Tide. I then added a piece of the DSP paper 5.25 x 4, I then went with another piece of the matching card stock 4 x 3.5, and added a piece of DSP 3.75 x 3. The stamped flowers are from the May paper pumpkin kit, along with the sentiment. I stamped the flowers in Basic Black ink onto the matching card stocks, and fussy cut them out. I had a few leaves from the kit, and also used them, when I ran out of leaves, I stamped them onto matching card stocks and also fussy cut them. I really like this flower in the May paper pumpkin kit, along with its sentiment. These made for some really cute cards and were quick to put together once all the pieces were cut.
Well I hope you enjoy your day, its beautiful outside.
