Happy 50th Birthday!

Happy Birthday!!

My sister turned 50 on July 3rd and this was the card that I gave her.  It starts with a Basic Black card base 8.5 x 5.5  I then used the Broadway Bound DSP paper  The first layer is 2.75 x 4 and then the top layer is 2.5 x 4.  I added a piece of Black shimmer ribbon that is retired to the middle.  I then used the balloon punch and punched out gold and red foil balloons, attached them with dimensionals and the string is from the June Paper pumpkin kit.  I die cut the 2nd to largest stitched circle and added the numbers in the Broadway Bound DSP paper.
