Moe and Millie
Hello Stampers!
Did you have a great weekend? Mine was busy as usual, but wouldn’t want it any other way. A couple weeks ago we were away for the weekend, and my niece came and took care of our animals for us. I have 2 goats, Moe (the brown one) and Millie (the white one). They were purchased to keep my pasture eaten down so that I wouldn’t have to mow it. They are escape artist, they can jump over the fence which is 5′ high and they come up to my house and eat at the trees, the shrubs, flowers etc. Ornery little things!
This is the card I sent to my niece for doing the feeding. It starts with a Crushed Curry card base 8.5 x 5.5 and then a layer of the Pick a Pattern Designer Series paper, 4.75 x 3.5. I used the Sheltering Tree stamp set to make the tree with Soft Suede and Wild Wasabi ink. The goats are from the Barnyard Babies stamp set (which is retired). I stamped them both in Soft suede and colored Moe with the Stampin write marker. The sentiment is from the Petal Palette stamp set and stamped in Basic Black ink and punched out with the retired label punch. I added a bow made using the Early Espresso bakers twine and attached with a glue dot.
I usually do not post cards made with so many retired items, but I thought this card turned out so cute and wanted to show it off.
My customers should have received their catalogs by now, if not please send me and email and I will get one out to you. If you are not a customer of mine and do not have a demonstrator, send me your info and I will get one out to you also.
Have a great day.
