Garden in Bloom

Happy Monday Everyone!

There was no rain, or snow this morning! YEA!!!  Garden in Bloom was my stamp set of choice this weekend.  I want something cheery and bright.  I used the Peek a boo peach card stock (which is retiring June 1st) as my card base 8.5 x 5.5.  I then added a layer of whisper white, 5.25 x 4 and then randomly stamped my flowers.  This stamp set is a 2 or 3 stamp process. therefore my larger flower is stamped in Flirty Flamingo, and then Peak a boo peach ink was used as the filler and then back to Flirty Flamingo for the highlights on the pedals.  The leaves were stamped with pear pizzazz.  I stamped the outline first and then before stampin the filler, I inked my stamp and then stamped off before stampin on the image.  I wanted the outline to show.  The small flower are stamped in Daffodil Delight.  The little butterfly was stamped with Black memento ink, and then Flirty Flamingo for the filler and Peekaboo peach for the detail.  I then fussy cut it out and added it with a stampin dimensional.  I also added a few enamel shapes from the 2016-18 In colors.

The 2016-18 In colors will be retiring soon, they are Dapper Denim, Emerald Envy, Flirty Flamingo, Peekaboo Peach, and Sweet Sugarplum.  If you need to restock your supplies on these you will want to do it very soon before supplies run out.  Also, the retiring list comes out today, so I will be back later with the list.   If you have any questions about anything please feel free to leave me a comment.

Have a great Monday!

Sheryl
