Springtime Foils
Hi Stampers!
Are you being hit with this unbelievable snow storm ? Spring is just not getting a chance to get here. So today would be a great day to pull out those stampin supplies and put together some cards. My card today is using the Springtime foils DSP that is free with a $50.00 order from the annual or occasions catalogs. My card base is Blushing Bride card stock 8.5 x 5.5. I then took a piece of Basic Gray 2.25 x 5.5 and embossed it with the Simple Stripes textured impressions embossing folder on page 5 of the Occasions catalog. Added a piece of the Springtime Foils DSP 1 x 4.25 across the card. I then took 2 circle framelits and die cut 2 pieces of the Springtime foils paper. I used Blushing Bride and Old Olive markers to color the flowers. I stamped the sentiment in Basic Gray ink (sorry I cant remember which stamp set the Happy Birthday is from) I punched a piece of Basic Gray card stock with the new Pretty Label punch in the Annual catalog on page 207. I used the large oval punch to punch the Whisper white. I attached them and then added a dimensional to pop them up on the card. Topped it off with a small bow made with the grey ribbon in the Shimmer ribbon pack that is a free item from sale-a-brations and a punched copper heart.
Its really a beautiful and class looking card. It would be great for a Wedding or Anniversary too. Leave me a comment on what you think of the card, and on Monday I will draw a winner for a sampler packet of the Springtime foils paper.
Happy Stampin!
