Trick or Treat
Its Friday!!!! Yea!!!!
I’m hoping for great temperatures this weekend as I have some outside work to finish up before the cold really hits. We always love the change of summer to fall, but sometimes it goes to fast and we do not get done what is needed before that happens. Anyhow must areas trick or treat night/day is this weekend. These little mini pizza boxes make a great gift for co-workers, hair dressers, etc. Just to give them a little Thank-you, these are filled with chocolates, they are plastic coated on the inside so they can hold food items. You could fill them with candy corn, hershey kisses, etc. The DSP paper is from one that is retired and the brown piece is from Wood Textures DSP. It is 3.5 x 3.5 and I also attached strips on the side of the box they are 1 x 3.5″. These boxes snap together with no glue or tape very easy to assemble. I then punched out a 2 1/5″ circle of the Cajun Craze. The pumpkins are from the Seasonal Chums bundle. I first stamped them on Very Vanilla cardstock and then die cut them with the thinlets. My new blender pens arrived this week, so I tried them on the pumpkin, the outside of the pumpkin is colored in the darker of the pumpkin pie marker and the inside of his mouth and eyes I used the lighter pumpkin pie marker. The leaves are colored with the Old Oliver marker. You are really going to love these markers, they are alcohol based, very smooth to use and they blend wonderfully. The leaves on the box are left over pieces from my September paper pumpkin kit. I die cut the spider web and bat using the thinlets from the Seasonal chums. The trick treat sentiment is from the set also, stamped in basic black ink on to very vanilla cardstock and punched with the label punch. The boxes are just adorable, and could be changed for any season, birthday gift, shower gifts etc. Just use your imagination and go to town with it!!!
Happy Stampin!
