If today is your birthday, Happy Birthday Beautiful you is the card for you or make it to send to someone dear for their birthday! The card base is Berry Burst, 8.5 x 5.5, with a layer of Whisper White 5.25 x 4. You will notice that I embossed a flower on the side of the whisper white cardstock. I really wanted to use the Celebrate embossing folder, but it seems to be hiding from me.So when lost you must substitute! The Sweet sugarplum cardstock is 2.75 x 3.75 with a layer of whisper white 2.5 x 3.5 cardstock. I then stamped the birthday girl is Basic Black memento ink and colored her with a Sweet Sugarplum marker. I die cut her with a larger circle framelit and then added the Basic Black scalloped framelit. The sentiment is from the stamp set and is stamped in Basic Black memento ink. I also added a heart from the In color shapes (sorry retired) I then added a piece of Fresh Floras DSP, I used my banner framelits to die cut, but you could also just cut a piece 2.5 x 1 and flag the end. The banner framelits are discontinued, I couldnt part with mine. The ribbon is made with the new 5/8″ crinkled seam binding on page 199 catalog. I also took a piece of 3 x 6″ Fresh Florals dsp and attached it to my envelope flap. A nice birthday card that would make anyone happy to receive it.
