Clean and Simple

Hello Stampers!!!
Sometimes you just need a quick, clean and simple card and this one fits that bill. You could change the sentiment to anything and it would work. The card base is Tranquil Tide 8.5 x 5.5″,
and then a layer of Whisper White 5.25 x 4. I used the new Painted Harvest stamp set found in the Holiday Catalog. I’m going to give a few tricks to using this stamp set, and maybe you will want to practice and see what works for you. The center of the flower (circle) if you stamp it first and then stamp the flower layers around it, it will make for a complete flower without and gaps. When I stamped the circle I used Early Espresso ink, and then Crush Curry was my first flower image, I stamped it and then turned my stamp a little and stamped again. I did not
re-ink. Then I used Cajun Craze, which I inked up and stamped off before stamping on the cardstock. I added the fern leaf in Tranquil tide. The sentiment is from One Big Meaning in the annual catalog. I also took the little dots and added them with Crumb Cake. Quick, clean and simple, but packs a powerful meaning.
