Happy Mothers Day

Hi Stampers!
Boy this card today has not went the way my mind had thought it was going, lots of changes in the making of it. The card base is Cucumber crush (which is retiring) 11.0 x 4.25″ and scored at 5.5″, the next layer is Melon Mambo 5.25 x 4″ and embossed with the Petal Burst embossing folder. Then I die cut 2 framelits one in Daffodil yellow and one in Whisper white. Now what is the name of the framelits? sorry I do not know, thats sad isnt it. I have not been one to retire everything when the retirement list comes out, if I like it I still use it, and this one I failed to write the name on the magnetic plate. You could use any layering framelits that you have, circles and ovals would even work. I then took the Botanical Builder Framelits (also retiring) and just started die cutting random pieces from Melon Mambo, Cucumber Crush, Daffodil Yellow and Bermuda Bay cardstock. Once I had all the pieces cut I just started placing them, some are popped up with dimensionals and some are just put together with glue dots. Its really easy to just start building. My sentiment is from the Teeny tiny wishes stamp set, which is a great set to have, it covers every holiday and occasion. So if you didnt want to make this a Mothers Day card, you could do birthday, thinking of you, get well etc. After assembling all the flowers and I took a piece of Cucumber Crush and tied it around the Melon Mambo piece and tied a bow. I then added some silver metallic enamel shapes. The colors are real spring like, I hope you liked my card and will give it a try.
Have a great day
Sheryl
