Happy Birthday

HI Stampers,
I hope everyone had a great Easter weekend! My card today is a Birthday card using the Special Reasons, and Flourishing Phrases stamp sets. The Whisper white card base is 8.5 x 5.5″, with a layer of Basic Black 5.25″ x 4″ and then a layer of Pop of Pink DSP 5 x 3.75″. Before attaching the DSP paper to the black , I stamp the the larger flower from the Special Reasons stamp set in Melon Mombo. I then stamped the Birthday greeting in Basic Black ink, and then attached it to the Basic Black layer. Next i took a piece of Basic Black cardstock, 5.25 x 2.5″ and a layer of Whisper white 5 x 2.25″, I stamped the vine from Flourishing Phrases and used my blender pen to color in the flower with Melon Mambo ink, and added some gold embellishments. I then die cut a small flower and added it to the larger one for some dimension. A very easy and quick card to put together.
