Dragonfly Dreams

Hi Stampers,
Dragonfly Dreams, is my card today, I bought this stamp set and had all kinds of ideas for more of an outdoorsy type card and look what I did. This is not outdoorsy at all but I like how it turned out. The card base is Tip top Taupe 8.5 x 5.5″, with a layer of 5.25 x 4″ layer of Falling In Love Designer Series Paper, I then took another piece of Tip Top Taupe and used the largest scallop thinlet and die cut my square. I then took the largest square from the detailed thinlets and die cut my square with another piece of Falling in Love DSP. I attached the 2 pieces and then used stampin dimension to pop them up on to my first layer of DSP. The dragonfly i die cut out of the copper foil paper, and I cut off the top dragonfly and the bottom one,
and used tomboy glue to attach to the square. I then added a piece of very vanilla satin ribbon and just tied a knot. I then added one of my dragonfly that I had cut off to the ribbon.
I stamped the sentiment in Basic Black ink at the bottom of the DSP paper. I forgot to take a picture of the inside of my card, but I stamped the larger dragonfly in tip top taupe ink on the center of the inside and added my other dragonfly that I had cut off from the copper foil. Also, dont forget to stamp on your envelope. This card could be used for any occasion and hope you will give it a try. Let me know what you think!

Make sure you stop back on Friday, I will be showcasing my Arpil card of the month kit.
