Hearts and More Hearts

My card today is filled with hearts and more hearts, once I got started I just couldnt get stopped. My card base is Real Red 8.5 x 5.5″ withe 2 pieces of Sending Love DSP paper, the piece on the left is cut at 2.25 x 5.25″ and the piece on the right of the card is cut at 1.5 x 5.25″. I die cut the Real Red piece hearts from the Love notes framelits die. and attached it in the middle of the dsp paper. I then started cutting hearts, some are from the Sweet & Sassy framelits, , Sunshine wishes framelits and the Love Note framelit dies. I just started die cutting them out of Whisper white, and real red cardstock and then put them together randomly on the card. The envelope is cut from the Love Note framelit dies is Basic Black cardstock. I added a
white bow from the Combo pack to the Real Red heart and then some rhinestones. I stamped the Happy Valentines sentiment on the inside of the card in Real red ink on whisper white cardstock.
Check out my envelope, this is a first for me and I have seen this done in several places I just had not tried it. Its very simple to dress up your envelope. Just take a piece of designer series paper 5.5 x 2.5″ and add your adhesive and then place it on the envelope flap. You will then need to take your scissors and just trim off the excess! See how easy and look how much it dressed up your envelope, and dont forget to stamp something on the front of the envelope. Give it a try I’m sure you will like it!! Have a great weekend, I hope the weather is going to be awesome wherever you are.
